What time can I check in at the hotel on my first day?
Check-in is from 2 pm.
Can I cancel my booking?
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel after this or fail to show, we will charge you for the first night.
Can I ask for a transfer?
Our reception staff can arrange this and other things you may need during your stay (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Does the hotel have a dress code?
Formal attire is required for dinner in the hotel restaurant. Sportswear, sleeveless T-shirts (for men), swimming costumes, beachwear or similar clothing are not permitted.
What welcome articles does the hotel offer?
The hotel offers welcome articles for your personal use. In the bathroom you will find, among other items, soap, shower gel, moisturising cream, paper tissues and shoe shine, shaving and sewing kits.
Do the rooms have showers or baths?
All the rooms have a shower, some with a hydromassage column. Some also have a bath.
What are the restaurant opening times?
• Breakfast: 7.30 am – 10.30 am
• Dinner: 8 pm – 10.30 pm
Can I request a special menu?
We have special gluten-free menus that can be arranged with the restaurant.
Our buffet contains a selection of wholemeal and diet products, as well as vegetable and pulse dishes suitable for vegetarians.
Up to what time can I use the swimming pool?
There are no time restrictions on the use of our swimming pool. You can swim in it 24 hours a day, although after 2 am you must do so in silence.
Can I arrange any special services for my partner?
Yes. We offer a Private Spa Service (night-time spa with candles and champagne just for two) or our fragrance menu from which to choose a special aroma for your stay. For more information go to our website or contact the reception desk.
