WHAT IS THE EARLIEST I CAN GET INTO THE ROOM ON ARRIVAL?
Check-in is available from 2:00 pm.

CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Bookings can be cancelled at no cost up to 24 hours before arrival. If you cancel after that or don’t show up, we will charge you for the first night. For bookings between 05/06 and 26/09, we will charge one night if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival.

CAN I HIRE OR REQUEST A TRANSFER?
Yes, our reception staff can help you with these and any other needs that may arise during your stay. (recepcion@magnoliahotelsalou.com)

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A DRESS CODE?
For dinner service at the hotel’s buffet restaurant, diners are required to wear formal dress (long trousers for gentlemen) and no sportswear, sleeveless shirts (men), swimwear, beachwear or similar is allowed.

DO THE ROOMS HAVE SHOWERS OR TUBS?
All the rooms have showers, some jetted showers, and others have a shower and tub.

WHAT ARE THE RESTAURANT HOURS?
Breakfast: from 7.30 to 10.30
Dinner: from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIAL MENU?
We have special menus at the restaurant for diners who are gluten intolerant.
The buffet has a selection of whole-grain or diet items, plus some vegetable and legume dishes for vegetarians.

HOW LATE CAN I STAY IN THE POOL?
There are no time restrictions at our pool. You can use it 24 hours a day, although we ask for silence from 0:00 am.


POOL TOWELS SERVICE
Fee: 1€. We can provide you with towels for the swimming pool. Each change of towel has a symbolic fee of €1. All the money collected this way will be donated to a charity or an environmental organisation at the end of the year and will be published on our social media profiles.
