WHAT IS THE EARLIEST I CAN GET INTO THE ROOM ON ARRIVAL?
Check-in is available from 2:00 pm.

CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Bookings can be cancelled at no cost up to 24 hours before arrival. If you cancel after that or don’t show up, we will charge you for the first night.
 For bookings between 13/06 and 13/09, we will charge one night if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival.

CAN I HIRE OR REQUEST A TRANSFER?

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A DRESS CODE?
For dinner service at the hotel’s buffet restaurant, diners are required to wear formal dress (long trousers for gentlemen) and no sportswear, sleeveless shirts (men), swimwear, beachwear or similar is allowed.

DO THE ROOMS HAVE SHOWERS OR TUBS?
All the rooms have showers, some jetted showers, and others have a shower and tub.

WHAT ARE THE RESTAURANT HOURS?
Breakfast: from 7.30 to 10.30
Dinner: from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIAL MENU?
We have special menus at the restaurant for diners who are gluten intolerant.
The buffet has a selection of whole-grain or diet items, plus some vegetable and legume dishes for vegetarians.

HOW LATE CAN I STAY IN THE POOL?
There are no time restrictions at our pool. You can use it 24 hours a day, although we ask for silence from 2:00 am.

CAN I BOOK A SPECIAL SERVICE FOR MY PARTNER?
Yes, we have a Private Spa service (night-time spa with candles and sparkling wine for two) or our fragrance list so you can choose a special aroma for your stay.
